Adult strabismus (eye misalignment)
Adult strabismus means that the eyes do not point together in the same direction. It may persist from childhood or begin later in life. Assessment can identify the cause and suitable treatment.

Diabetes and your eyes
Diabetes can damage the small blood vessels in the retina at the back of your eye. Early damage may cause no symptoms.

YAG laser capsulotomy
After cataract surgery, the thin membrane supporting the new lens can become cloudy. This may make vision misty again. YAG laser capsulotomy makes an opening in that membrane.
YAG laser peripheral iridotomy
Laser peripheral iridotomy makes a small opening near the edge of the iris, the coloured part of the eye. It is used to treat or help prevent angle-closure glaucoma.
