How to use eye drops
Use the correct drops, in the correct eye, at the times prescribed.

Before you start
- Check the label and expiry date. For a new bottle, check that the seal is intact. Shake only if instructed.
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
Putting in the drops
- Tilt your head back and look up. Gently pull down your lower eyelid to make a small pocket.
- Hold the nozzle above the pocket without touching your eye, eyelashes, skin or fingers. Apply the prescribed number of drops.
- Close your eye gently. Press lightly at the inner corner beside your nose for at least one minute, unless instructed otherwise.
- Replace the cap and wash your hands.
